阿托伐他汀联合心达康片治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的效果及对血清VEGF、MMP-2和TIMP-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合心达康片治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的临床效果及对血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、基质属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年12月河南省鹤壁煤业公司总医院收治的冠心病伴心绞痛患者资料90例,其中对照组45例自愿接受阿托伐他汀治疗;治疗组45例患者接受阿托伐他汀联合心达康片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心功能、血清VEGF、MMP-2、TIMP-1水平、不良反应。结果治疗组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(χ^2=3.264,P<0.05),两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者心输出量(CO)、心搏出量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的两组血清VEGF、MMP-2、TIMP-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应高于对照组,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合心达康片治疗冠心病伴心绞痛能明显减轻机体炎症反应,改善血管内皮功能与心功能。Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with xindakang tablet on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris and its influences on levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)andmatrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1)in serum.Methods The data of 90 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Hebi Coal Industry group General Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were reviewed.The control group(n=45)received atorvastatin,while the treatment group(n=45)received xindakang tablets combined with atorvastatin.Clinical efficacy,cardiac function,serum VEGF,MMP-2,TIMP-1 levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(χ^2=3.264,P<0.05).The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV)and cardiac index(CI)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF,MMP-2 and TIMP-1 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Xindakang tablet combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris can significantly reduce the body's inflammatory response,improve vascular endothelial function and cardiac function.
