大藤峡水利枢纽工程核销管理研究

摘　　要：为加强大藤峡水利枢纽工程质量管理和投资控制,及时、系统和准确地反映甲供材料的供应和消耗状况,文章从大藤峡水利枢纽工程实际出发,对甲供材料核销的特点、模式以及重点等方面进行梳理分析,提出了核销工作需要重点关注并着力解决的主要问题,从材料计划管理、库存盘点、核销时间、工程量确定、材料损耗率、供应单价、核销分析及对应措施、核销管理的信息化建设等方面阐述了管理措施。研究结果对工程甲供材料核销的精细化管理具有一定的指导作用,对其他水电站的材料核销管理也有一定的借鉴意义。The paper starts with the practice of Datengxia Water Control Project in order to strengthen quality management and investment control of Datengxia Water Control Project,and reflect the supply and consumption status of owner supply materials systematically,timely and accurately.The verification characteristics,patterns,keys and other aspects of owner supply materials are sorted out and analyzed.Main problems that should be mainly focused and solved in verification work is proposed.The management measures are described from the aspects of material plan management,inventory count,verification time,engineering quantity determination,material wastage rate,supply unit price,verification analysis and corresponding measures,informationization construction of verification and cancellation management,etc.The results of the study can be used as a guide for the fine management of the project cancellation and verification of owner supply materials.The result also has certain reference significance for the material verification management of other hydropower stations.
