摘 要:闸门自振频率是闸门动力分析的重要内容之一,自振频率理论上与结构自身刚度、边界支撑条件及振型有关。由于实际工程中闸门都是一个空间体系,各构件的板厚对结构整体刚度的“贡献”是不一样的,呈非线性的关系。文章在理论推导基础上,以平面闸门为例,通过模型参数化手段改变闸门面板及各构件的钢板厚度,经多次有限元数值计算,绘制了该闸门结构一、二、三阶自振频率与钢板厚度的关系曲线。The natural vibration frequency of the gate is one of the important contents in the dynamic analysis of the gate.The natural vibration frequency is theoretically related to the stiffness of the structure,boundary support conditions and vibration mode.Because the gate is a space system in the practical project,the‘contribution’of the plate thickness of each component to the overall stiffness of the structure is not the same,thereby showing a non-linear relationship.The plane gate is taken as an example based on theoretical derivation in the paper,the thickness of steel plate of the gate panel and each component is changed by means of model parameterization.The relation curve between the first,second and third order natural vibration frequencies of the gate structure and the thickness of the steel plate is drawn after multiple finite element numerical calculations.
