芪明颗粒联合易贝眼液治疗糖尿病患者白内障摘除术后干眼的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究芪明颗粒联合易贝眼液治疗糖尿病白内障摘除术后干眼的临床疗效。方法:将白内障术后发生干眼症的200例糖尿病患者按照治疗方法随机分为对照组、易贝治疗组、芪明颗粒治疗组、易贝+芪明颗粒治疗组,每组各50例。对照组行妥布霉素地塞米松眼液及玻璃酸钠眼液点眼,其他3组在对照组的基础上分别加用易贝眼液、芪明颗粒、易贝+芪明颗粒,治疗周期均为4周。对比治疗前后各组泪膜的不稳定性、干眼症状评分、Schirmer试验结果、角膜荧光素染色评分,以评估各组药物的治疗效果。结果:泪膜不稳定和Schirmer试验阳性者的比例在易贝+芪明颗粒组最少,易贝+芪明颗粒组总有效率高达100%,且干眼症状评分最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪明颗粒联用易贝眼液医治糖尿病患者白内障术后干眼的效果优异,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qiming granule combined with Yibei eye drops on dry eye after cataract extraction in diabetic patients.Methods:200 diabetic patients with dry eye after cataract surgery were randomly divided into control group,Yibei treatment group,Qiming granule treatment group,and Yibei+Qiming granule treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control groups were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The other three groups were given Yibei eye drops,Qiming granules,and Yibe+Qiming granules respectively on the basis of the control group.All treatment period was 4 weeks.The instability of tear film,and scores of dry eye symptom,Schirmer test,corneal fluorescein staining were compared in each group before and after the treatment,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of drugs in each group after operation.Results:The proportion of patients with unstable tear film and positive Schirmer test was significantly least in the Yibei+Qiming Granules group.The total effective rate of the Yibei+Qiming Granules group was 100%and the dry eye symptom score was notable lowest,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiming granule combined with Yibei ophthalmic drop is effective in treating dry eye after cataract extraction surgery in diabetic patients,and it is worthy of application.
