摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的推出,将会逐步改善长期城乡二元制下形成的城乡资源要素流动瓶颈,缩小城乡差距,促进城乡融合,为农村经济的快速提升提供有力支持,也使得农村日渐成为国家创新驱动战略的重要阵地。面对这个历史性的机遇,新农人如何在广阔的农村市场大有可为、大有作为,如何激发新农人创新创业发展新动能,全面提升地区产业化经济发展就变得十分关键了。针对当前新农人创新创业的现状以及面临的问题与挑战,提出改善新农人自身主观因素的内生动能的释放对策以及从客观影响因素出发激发新农人创新创业外在动能的对策建议,以提升新农人创新创业成功率或创业绩效,进而对探索当前我国农业产业化转型升级和推进乡村全面振兴具有一定的启示作用。The launch of the rural revitalization strategy will gradually improve the bottleneck of the flow of urban and rural resource elements formed under the long-term urban-rural dual system, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, promote urban-rural integration, provide strong support for the rapid improvement of the rural economy, and make rural areas have an increasingly important position for the country’s innovation-driven strategy. In the face of this historic opportunity, how new farmers make achievement in the vast rural market, how to stimulate their innovation and entrepreneurial development, and comprehensively enhance the regional industrialized economic development has been critical. The paper analyzes the current situation of new farmers’ innovation and entrepreneurship, the problems and challenges they face, proposes strategies and recommendations to improve the internal energy of new farmers’ subjective factors, and stimulate the external dynamics of their innovation and entrepreneurship from objective factors. It aims to improve the success rate of new farmers’ innovation and entrepreneurship or entrepreneurial performance, which has certain enlightenment for exploring the current transformation and upgrading of China’s agricultural industrialization and promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas.
