摘 要:以含油污泥的石油烃高效降解为目的,以新鲜牛粪、含油污泥和玉米秸秆为原料,通过加入堆肥菌剂、降油复合菌剂和固肥菌剂,采用堆肥强化微生物法在陇东油田现场处理含油污泥。结果表明,堆肥强化微生物法现场处理含油污泥具有明显的升温现象,最高温度可以升至近60℃。pH降低说明腐殖质转化成了腐殖酸。C/N最终稳定在0.1(质量比)左右,485、685 nm下的吸光度比(E4/E6)最终降至约0.03,由此说明腐殖质的缩合度和芳构化程度很高,腐熟情况良好,堆肥达到了深度腐熟,总石油烃(TPH)降解率可以达到89.7%。因此,堆肥强化微生物法处理含油污泥是一种高效、经济、环保的好方法。In order to efficiently degrade petroleum hydrocarbon in oily sludge,composting bacteria,oil degrading composite bacteria and fertilizer-fixing bacteria were added to the materials of fresh cow dung,oily sludge and corn stalk.Thus,field test of composting enhanced microbial treatment for oily sludge was conducted in Longdong Oil Field.Results showed that the process had a significant temperature rising phenomena with the maximum temperature of about 60℃.pH decreasing revealed that humus was transformed into humic acid.C/N turned to about 0.1(mass ratio),and absorbance ratio at 485,685 nm(E4/E6)turned to 0.03 finally,which stated that condensation degree and aromatization was high,and maturity was good.Total petroleum hydrocarbon(TPH)degradation rate reached 89.7%,indicating deep maturity.Therefore,this was an efficient,economic and green method.
