摘  要:为研究氧化塘停用及清淤后底泥中氮的赋存,以严家湖1号氧化塘为对象,研究人工堆积区(原氧化塘底泥清淤堆积区域)和氧化塘沉积区(原氧化塘水域)氮的赋存形态、分布特征及主要影响因素。结果表明,人工堆积区和氧化塘沉积区表层(0~5 cm)沉积物总氮(TN)分别为2245.22、1193.20 mg/kg;各形态氮占可转化态氮的比例分别为强氧化剂提取态氮(SOEF-N)43.17%、强碱提取态氮25.91%、弱酸提取态氮18.35%、离子交换态氮12.57%;人工堆积区堆积的清淤底泥(40~140 cm)TN为1845.53 mg/kg,上覆土(0~40 cm)TN为1713.17 mg/kg,深层沉积物(140~290 cm)TN为1419.73 mg/kg;SOEF-N为主要赋存形态;总有机碳、pH、含水率对氮赋存形态有不同程度的影响。In order to explore the occurrence of nitrogen in the sediment after the oxidation pond was shut down and dredged,Yanjiahu No.1 oxidation pond was taken as the research object to study the occurrence,distribution and main influencing factors of nitrogen in the artificial accumulation area(original oxidation pond sediment dredging accumulation area)and the oxidation pond deposition area(original oxidation pond water area).The results showed that the total nitrogen(TN)of the surface sediment(0-5 cm)in the artificial accumulation area and oxidation pond deposition area was 2245.22,1193.20 mg/kg,respectively.The proportion of each form of nitrogen in the transformable nitrogen was as follows:strong oxidation extractable form nitrogen(SOEF-N)43.17%,strong alkali extractable form nitrogen 25.91%,weak acid extractable form nitrogen 18.35%,ion exchangeable form nitrogen 12.57%.TN of sediment(40-140 cm)deposited in artificial accumulation area was 1845.53 mg/kg,that of overlying soil(0-40 cm)was 1713.17 mg/kg,and that of deep sediments(140-290 cm)was 1419.73 mg/kg.SOEF-N was the main existing form.TOC,pH and moisture content had different effects on nitrogen forms.
