摘 要:京津冀地区生态环境保护一体化是推动京津冀协同发展的重要保障。基于DPSIR模型和障碍度模型对北京市、天津市和河北省进行了生态安全评价和障碍因子诊断。结果显示:(1)2008-2017年,京津冀地区的生态安全水平整体呈现向好的趋势;(2)北京市影响生态安全的主要障碍因子为国内生产总值增长率、SO_(2)排放量和每万人拥有公共交通工具数,需合理规划公共交通、控制SO_(2)排放、促使资源环境承载力与经济发展相匹配;(3)天津市的主要问题是城市人口扩增所带来的失业增加和有效灌溉面积减少,生态赤字加大;(4)影响河北省生态安全的障碍因子主要在产业结构和污染排放方面。The integration of ecological and environmental protection in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the important guarantee for promoting the regional coordinated development.DPSIR model and obstacle degree model were used to evaluate the ecological security and diagnose the obstacle factors for Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Rresults showed that:(1)the level of ecological security in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region had been on the rise during 2008-2017;(2)the obstacle factors for Beijing were gross domestic product growth rate,SO_(2) emission and amount of public vehicles per capita,which suggested that Beijing should plan public vehicles,control SO_(2) emission and promote coordination of resource and environment loading and economic developmet;(3)the problems for Tianjin were mainly unemployment rising and effective irrigation area decreasing caused by the expanding of urban population,which made ecological deficit expand;(4)the obstacle factors for Hebei lay in industry structure and pollutants emission.
