摘  要:介绍了冷却系统回路原理,测试了发动机通气管和散热器通气管产生气泡的流量,并对其进行了CAE分析,发现发动机转速在3000、5500、6000 r/min时水流量分别为4.918、8.652、9.426 L/min,均大于发动机通气管产生气泡的流量3 L/min,水系统容易产生大量气泡,进而出现水泵穴蚀问题。通过对通气管内增加一个内径1.75 mm的节流阀对其进行了优化设计。结果表明:发动机通气管在所有发动机转速下水流量均小于发动机通气管产生气泡的流量3 L/min,设计满足要求。Circuit principle of cooling system was introduced.The flow rate of bubbles in engine vent pipe and radiator vent pipe was tested and analyzed by CAE.It was found that the water flow rate was 4.918,8.652 and 9.426 L/min at engine speed of 3000,5500 and 6000 r/min,which were all higher than that of engine vent pipe by 3 L/min.The water system was prone to produce a large number of bubbles,which led to the cavitation problem of water pump.A throttle valve with inner diameter of 1.75 mm was added to the vent pipe to optimize the design.The results show that the water flow rate of the engine vent pipeline at all engine speeds is less than 3 L/min,which meets the requirements of the design.
