数字健康管理在袖状胃切除术患者随访中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索数字健康管理对袖状胃切除术后患者饮食模式和健康行为方式依从性、自我效能的影响。方法采用类试验设计,研究组(32例)和对照组(33例)患者分别来自两个独立的减重中心。研究组给予数字健康管理,对照组按常规体重自我管理,分别随访1年,观察患者饮食模式和健康行为方式依从性、自我效能差异。结果研究组袖状胃切除术后,患者的饮食模式和总体健康行为方式依从性均明显优于对照组;研究组患者的一般自我效能感相较于对照组也明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字健康管理模式可提高袖状胃切除患者术后饮食模式和健康行为方式依从性,对保证手术安全和疗效,预防体重反弹有积极作用。Objective To explore the influence of remote electronic health management on patients'dietary pattern compliance,healthy lifestyle compliance and self-efficacy of patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.Methods A quasi-experiment design was used in the intervention study.The study group(32 patients)and the control group(33 patients)came from two independent metabolic and bariatric surgery centers,respectively.The study group was given electronic health management,and the control group was given routine weight self-management,followed up for one year both.Results For patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy,the study group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of the compliance of dietary pattern and overall healthy lifestyle.The study group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of the general self-efficacy.Conclusion The electronic health management model can improve the compliance of patients'dietary pattern and healthy lifestyle after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy,and play a positive role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of the surgery and preventing weight regain.
