复方玄驹胶囊对前列腺增生术后患者性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊对前列腺增生术后患者性功能的影响。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月本院行前列腺增生术治疗患者83例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,所有患者均接受经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切除术(Transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic prostatectomy,TUPKRP)治疗,对照组术后给予保列治治疗,观察组在其基础上给予复方玄驹胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗前后的血清肌酐水平、国际勃起功能(International index of erectile function,IIEF-5)、早泄诊断评分(Chinese Index of premature ejaculation,CIPE)及早泄诊断工具(Premature ejaculation diagnostic tool,PEDT)量表评分,并比较两组患者生活质量(Short-form 36 questionnaire,SF-36)评分。结果治疗前两组患者血清肌酐水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的血清肌酐水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前IIEF-5、CIPE、PEDT评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后IIEF-5、CIPE、PEDT评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康均高于治疗前,躯体疼痛评分低于治疗前,且观察组上述评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊用于前列腺增生术后患者的治疗中能够改善患者的性功能,降低血清肌酐水平,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the impacts of Compound Xuanju Capsule on sexual function of patients after hyperplasia of prostate.Methods A total of 83 patients who underwent hyperplasia of prostate in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method.All patients were treated with transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic prostatectomy(TUPKRP),the control group was treated with finasteride tablets after operation,and the observation group was treated with Compound Xuanju Capsule.The serum creatinine level,international index of erectile function(IIEF-5),Chinese index of premature ejaculation(CIPE),and premature ejaculation diagnostic tool(PEDT)scale of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the scores of short-form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)between the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in serum creatinine level between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The serum creatinine level in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differences in IIEF-5,CIPE and PEDT scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of IIEF-5,CIPE and PEDT in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological function,physiological role,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of physical pains in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.Meanwhile,the above scores in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsule can improve sexual function,reduce serum creatinine level and improve quality of life in the treatment
