摘　　要：目的Madelung′s病,即多发性对称性脂肪瘤病(MSL)是一种非常罕见的良性脂肪代谢性疾病,国内文献报道已有数十例,其主要表现为全身多发的脂肪瘤,本文旨在探讨MSL的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析MSL 1例诊断及精准治疗的病例资料,患者在超声引导下手术切除MSL。结果病理结果证实为多发性脂肪瘤。术后随访1年半无复发。结论MSL是一种罕见的良性脂肪代谢性疾病,肿瘤界限难以确定,单纯手术切除难度较大,结合术中B超定位及术后脂肪抽吸等辅助治疗,能增加肿瘤切除率,从而减少了MSL的复发。Objective Madelung's disease,also called multiple symmetric lipomatosis(MSL),is a rare benign fat metabolic disease,with dozens of cases reported in domestic literature,mainly manifested as multiple lipomas in the whole body.The clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of MSL were discussed in this paper.Methods The diagnosis and precise treatment on a case of MSL were analyzed retrospectively.The patient was treated with surgical resection of MSL under the guidance of ultrasound.Results Multiple lipoma was pathologically confirmed.There was no relapse in one and a half years of follow-up.Conclusion MSL is a rare benign fat metabolic disease.It is difficult to determine the tumor boundary,and simple surgical resection is difficult to conduct.Combined with intraoperative B-ultrasound localization and postoperative liposuction,the tumor resection rate can be increased,and the relapse of MSL can be reduced.
