摘 要:针对传统的交流接触器三相触头共用一个电磁系统,无法实现三相电路定相分合闸问题,本文设计了一种异步组合式的交流接触器控制策略,对其动作全过程进行控制。吸合过程采用线圈电流滞环比较控制策略,有效改善了触头弹跳,使机构动作时间更加稳定,提升了定相合闸控制的准确率;在分析了接触器长期工作下线圈电阻增大而引发的不可靠吸持问题,提出了一种基于数控开关电源的自适应吸持电压控制策略,兼顾了可靠吸持和节能运行;分断过程采用基于三相触头电流过零时序的零电流分断控制策略,有效实现了触头电流过零分断。最后进行了实验验证,结果表明,该控制策略可以有效地实现零电压合闸、零电流分断控制,并可根据不同的工况自适应调节线圈保持电压,提高了交流接触器工作的稳定性。Aiming at the problem that the three-phase contacts of traditional AC contactors share a single electromagnetic system and cannot realize the phasing,opening and closing of the three-phase circuit,this paper designs an asynchronous combined AC contactor control strategy to control the whole process of its action.The hysteresis comparison control strategy is adopted in the pull-in process,which effectively improves the contact bounce,makes the action time more stable,and improves the accuracy of the fixed phase closing control.After analyzing the unreliable holding problem caused by the increase of the coil resistance under the long-term operation of the contactor,an adaptive holding voltage control strategy based on the numerical control switching power supply is proposed,which takes into account the reliable holding and saving In the breaking process,the zero current breaking control strategy based on three-phase contact current zero crossing sequence is adopted to effectively realize the zero crossing breaking of contact current.Finally,the experimental results show that the control strategy can effectively realize zero voltage closing and zero current breaking control,and can adaptively adjust the coil holding voltage according to different working conditions,and improve the stability of AC contactor.
