摘  要:故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)方法广泛应用于航天领域,并较早地形成了航天领域内的FMECA规范,基本满足型号常规使用的要求。但是,随着航天产品的日益复杂及高可靠性的要求,FMECA规范已无法完全适用,尤其是FMECA工作的有效性和全面性有待进一步研究。本文从三方面提出改进FMECA的方法程序,包括改进功能和结构分析方法,完善FMECA表格,增加发生可能性的级别,同时以电源分系统的分流调节器为例,验证改进后FMECA方法程序的可行性。分析结果显示:改进后的FMECA分析层级清晰,表格填写规范,故障模式和故障原因分析更全面,更有利于发现薄弱环节,并有针对性地指导产品开展设计改进,提高产品可靠性。Failure mode,effect and criticality analysis(FMECA)method is widely used in the aerospace.The conventional FMECA specification in the aerospace is formed earlier,which basically meets the requirements of general application of spacecrafts.However,with the increasing complexity and requirement of higher reliability for aerospace products,conventional FMECA specification can*t be completely applied.Especially,the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of FMECA need to be further studied.In this paper,a method of improving FMECA is proposed based on three aspects,including improving function and structure analysis method,improving FMECA table and adding the level of probability of occurrence.Moreover,the shunt regulator of the power subsystem is given as an example to show the feasibility of the improved FMECA method.The analysis results show that the improved FMECA's analysis level is clearer,the form is more standardized,and the failure mode and reason analysis are more comprehensive.Therefore,the improved FMECA is more conducive to find the weakness,guide the product design and improvement,and improve the product reliability.
