摘  要:叶面积是衡量叶片功能或生理特征的重要指标,且叶面积的测量非常繁琐。通过几个简单的指标来估算叶面积,调查植物的叶面积指数,具有重要意义和明显的效果。以香樟为研究对象,通过测定叶面积(LA)、叶长(LL)、叶宽(LW)3个指标,并计算出叶长和叶宽的乘积(LL×LW)和比值(LL/LW),分别选用线性和非线性5个数学模型来模拟叶面积与叶片形态指标关系。结果表明各项指标的变异系数为LA>LL×LW>LL>LW>LL/LW,数值呈正态分布;叶面积与叶长、叶宽、叶长和叶宽的乘积呈极显著正相关(r=0.877,0.916,0.998);叶面积与叶片形态指标之间最优的模型为LA=0.202+0.623(LL×LW),决定系数R2=0.977,模型模拟效果良好。叶长和叶宽的乘积与叶面积的线性函数模型可以较好地估算香樟叶面积,为日后有关香樟叶片叶面积的无损测量提供了方法。The morphological characteristics of leaves are important indexes to measure the functional or physiological characteristics of leaves,and the measurement of leaf area is very tedious and destructive.It is of great significance and obvious effect to estimate leaf area by several simple non-destructive indexes to investigate the leaf area index of plants.In this paper,Cinnamomum camphora was taken as the research object.Three indexes of leaf area(LA),leaf length(LL),leaf width(LW)were measured,and the product(LL×LW)and ratio(LL/LW)of leaf length and leaf width were calculated.Five mathematical models,linear and nonlinear,were used to simulate the relationship between leaf area and leaf morphology index,respectively.The results show that(1)The coefficient of variation of each index was LA>LL×LW>LL>LW>LL/LW;(2)The leaf area was positively correlated with the product of leaf length,leaf width,leaf length and leaf width(r=0.877,0.916,0.998);(3)The optimal model between leaf area and leaf morphology index was LA=0.202+0.623(LL×LW),and the determination coefficient R2was 0.977.The linear function model of the product of leaf length and leaf width and leaf area can be used to estimate the leaf area of Cinnamomum camphora,which provides a method for nondestructive measurement of leaf area of Cinnamomum camphora leaves in the future.
