摘 要:采用Fenton试剂与纳米Bi2O3联合法处理TNT废水,选取初始pH值、H2O2的添加量、Fe2+的添加量和纳米Bi2O3的添加量4个影响因素,通过正交实验确定处理TNT废水的最佳工艺条件,并研究TNT降解的动力学规律。结果表明:Fenton-纳米Bi2O3联合处理TNT废水最佳工艺条件为:初始pH值=3,H2O2的添加量为0.098mol/L,纳米Bi2O3添加量为0.0800g/L,Fe2+的添加量为0.007mol/L;该条件下,TNT的去除率为99.06%,COD的去除率为92.54%。纳米Bi2O3的加入使废水中的TNT降解得更彻底。废水中TNT降解过程遵循一级反应动力学规律。Nano Bi2O3-Fenton reagent combined method was used to treat TNT wastewater,and treatment effects of four factors including the initial pH value and dosage of Fe2+,H2O2 and Nano Bi2O3 were studied.The optimal process conditions for TNT wastewater treatment was determined by orthogonal experiments,and the kinetics of TNT degradation was studied.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for the combined treatment of TNT wastewater with Fenton-Nano Bi2O3 are as follows:initial pH value=3,dosage of H2O2 is 0.098 mol/L,dosage of Nano Bi2O3 is 0.0800 g/L,and the dosage of Fe2+is 0.007 mol/L.Under these conditions,the removal rates of TNT and COD are 99.06% and 92.54% respectively.The addition of Nano Bi2O3 results in a more thoroughly degrades of TNT in the wastewater.The degradation process of TNT wastewater accords with first-order reaction kinetics.
