摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是一种在高血糖状态下发生的眼部微血管病变,可严重危及患者的视力,影响患者的自理能力和生存质量。延续性护理是一种为出院患者提供持续、专业的医疗护理模式。近年研究表明,延续性护理能够使出院DR患者得到持续的卫生保健服务,阻止或延缓疾病发展,降低致盲发生率及再入院率。目前研究表明,延续性护理可使DR患者在视力水平、负性情绪、治疗依从性、自我管理能力、护理满意度和生活质量等方面均得到不同程度的改善。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a kind of ocular microangiopathy that occurs under hyperglycemia,which can seriously endanger the patient's vision and affect the patient's self-care ability and quality of life.Continuous nursing is a continuous and professional medical care model for discharged patients.Recent studies have shown that continuous nurs⁃ing can enable discharged patients to receive continuous health care services,prevent or delay the development of the dis⁃ease,and reduce the incidence of blindness and readmission rate.Current researches show that continuous nursing can make DR patients get different degrees of improvement in terms of vision level,negative emotion,treatment compliance,self-management ability,nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
