基于最小偏向角法的模拟血液浓度测量研究

摘　　要：人体的健康状况可以通过血液中某些物质的浓度直接体现,为了进行快速、高效、精准的血液检测,人们不断探究新的检测方法及医疗仪器设备。酒驾醉驾违法犯罪行为危害人民群众生命财产安全,为实现有效防治,各类检测技术与装置不断被研发。本文基于物理光学中最小偏向角法,利用乙醇溶液模拟人体醉酒血液状态,自制模拟血液三棱镜测量不同浓度下的最小偏向角,通过折射率的计算以及数据拟合分析找出经验方程,得到一种通过可视化角度测量便可测定未知血液浓度的有效方法,为血液中物质含量或浓度的检测提供新思路。The concentration of certain substances in the blood could reflect the physical condition directly.To carry out rapid,efficient and accurate blood tests,new test methods and medical equipment are being researched constantly.The illegal and criminal acts of drunk driving endanger the lives and property of the people.In order to achieve effective prevention and control,various detection technologies and devices are constantly being developed.Based on the least deviation angle method in physical optics,ethanol solution was used to simulate a blood alcohol state,and the least deviation angles were measured under different concentrations by the self-processed simulated blood prism.Through the refractive index calculation and data fitting analysis,an effective method to determinate blood concentration was found,which could realize a visual measurement and provide a new idea for blood tests.
