摘　　要：我厂350kA系列阳极混捏机变频器使用的是ABB公司ACS600系列产品,2004年投入使用,已运行10年,变频器元件老化,运行参数不稳定。目前该系列产品及其备件已停止生产,无法采购更换,另外该变频器属于进口变频器,修复价格较高,修复后使用寿命没有保证。同时由于近些年进口备件价格昂贵,采购周期长,而国产变频技术日益成熟,价格便宜,且性能达到国际水平,进口备件国产化已开始普及,所以对变频器技术国产化应用势在必行。The frequency converter of 350kA series anode kneading machine in our factory uses ACS600 series products of ABB company.It was put into use in 2004 and has been in operation for ten years.The inverter components are aging and the operation parameters are unstable.At present,the production of this series of products and their spare parts has been stopped and cannot be purchased and replaced.In addition,the frequency converter belongs to the imported frequency converter,so the repair price is high,and the service life after repair is not guaranteed.At the same time,due to the high price of imported spare parts and long procurement cycle,and the domestic frequency conversion technology is increasingly mature,cheap,and the performance has reached the international level,the localization of imported spare parts has begun to popularize,so the application of domestic inverter technology is imperative.
