摘  要:目的设计一种医用体外出血报警装置,用于血液透析患者静脉穿刺针脱落(VND)或出现渗血时发出及时报警,提高血液透析的安全性。方法利用RGB颜色传感器检测穿刺点上的纱布,当纱布变成红色时判别VND或渗血;将红色墨水滴于白色纱布上模拟穿刺点的出血过程,测试样品装置是否能发出警报及其反应时间、触发反应所需的出血量。结果通过10次稳定性能实验,该报警装置成功发出警报10次,反应率达100%,平均反应时间为1.828 s,标准差为0.224。报警最低血量阈值实验表明,触发反应所需出血量仅为0.2 ml。结论医用体外出血报警装置能够灵敏地检测到血液透析患者的VND或渗血情况,且能及时发出警报。Objective A medical extracorporeal hemorrhage alarm device was designed which could be used to alert patients timely when the venous needle falls off or errhysis occurs during the hemodialysis process in order to improve the safety of hemodialysis.Methods The RGB color sensor was used to detect the gauze on the puncture port.When the gauze turned red,it was judged that the puncture needle was falling off or errhysis was happening.Some red ink was dripped on the white gauze to simulate the bleeding process from the puncture.Further,whether the sample device could issue an alarm or not,the alarm reaction time and the amount of bleeding required to trigger the reaction were tested.Results The experiments(10 times)for verifying the stability demonstrated that the extracorporeal hemorrhage alarm device issued 10 alarms with a response rate of 100%,the average reaction time was 1.828 seconds and the standard deviation was 0.224.The experiments of exploring the lowest bleeding amount for alarming showed that the required amount for triggering bleeding was only 0.2 ml.Conclusion The medical extracorporeal hemorrhage alarm device could sensitively detect the patients'puncture needle dislodgement or oozing blood during the hemodialysis process and send out alarms in time.
