摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜优先脾动脉结扎巨脾切除术在治疗遗传性球形红细胞增多症(HS)患儿中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2010年2月至2020年3月医院收治的16例行腹腔镜优先脾动脉结扎巨脾切除术的HS患儿的临床资料。结果 16例HS患儿的手术均获得成功,且无特殊的并发症发生,预后较佳。结论腹腔镜优先脾动脉结扎巨脾切除术治疗HS患儿可降低手术的难度,提高手术的安全性,且效果良好。Objective The application effect of splenectomy for removing the huge spleen by ligaturing the splenic artery preferentially under laparoscope in treating hereditary spherocytosis(HS)for children was explored.Methods The clinical data of 16 children admitted to the hospital from February 2010 to March 2020 and diagnosed with HS were retrospectively analyzed.They were all treated with splenectomy for removing the huge spleen by ligaturing the splenic artery preferentially under laparoscope.Results The 16 children'operations were all successful with no special complications occurred and their prognoses were favourable.Conclusion Splenectomy for removing the huge spleen by ligaturing the splenic artery preferentially under laparoscope for treating children with HS could reduce the difficulties and improve the safety and efficacy of the operation.
