摘　　要：目的探讨改良敷贴固定法在小儿静脉留置针固定中的应用效果。方法选择2019年3—12月于医院儿科输液室进行输液并使用留置针的78例患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用常规固定法,观察组采用改良敷贴固定法,比较两组留置针留置时间、固定效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组留置针留置时间(67.19±7.56)h长于对照组的(48.53±7.52)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组敷贴卷边、针头脱出、液体渗漏及并发症发生率分别为7.69%、2.56%、5.13%、7.69%,均低于对照组的28.21%、20.51%、25.64%、30.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良敷贴固定法能够提高小儿静脉留置针的固定效果,延长留置针留置时间,减少并发症的发生,利于提高留置针使用舒适度。Objective The application effect of modified application fixation method used for fixing the venous indwelling needles of children was explored.Methods From March to December in 2019,78 sick children who were infused in the pediatric infusion room of the hospital and used indwelling needles were selected as subjects in this study,and they were divided into a control group(39 cases)and an observation group(39 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional fixation method,while the observation group adopted the modified application fixation method.The time and fixation effect of indwelling needles and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The indwelling time of indwelling needles in the observation group was(67.19±7.56)h,which was longer than that in the control group of(48.53±7.52)h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of application curling,needles coming out of the tubes,fluid leakage and complications were 7.69%,2.56%,5.13%,and 7.69%,which were all lower than those in the control group of 28.21%,20.51%,25.64%,30.77%,and the differences were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified application fixation method could improve the fixation effect of venous indwelling needles used in children,prolong the indwelling time of indwelling needles,reduce the occurrence of complications,and help to improve the comfortableness of using indwelling needles.
