摘 要:分析全钢载重子午线轮胎缺胶的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。采取提升胎坯外观质量,控制胶料粘性,优化胎侧和三角胶等半成品的结构设计和材料分布,优化模具排气设计,选择合适的硫化胶囊和定型参数以及规范工艺操作和定期检修模具和设备等措施,有效解决了轮胎生产过程中胎侧和胎肩缺胶等问题,提高了成品轮胎外观一次合格率,降低了生产成本。The causes of lack of rubber in truck and bus radial tire were analyzed,and the corrective actions were put forward.By improving the appearance quality of the green tire,controlling the viscosity of the compound,optimizing the structure design and material distribution of the semi-finished products such as sidewall and apex,optimizing the exhaust design of the mold,selecting the appropriate curing capsule and setting parameters,standardizing process operation and regular maintenance of molds and equipment,the problems such as lack of rubber on the sidewall and shoulder of the tire during the production process were effectively solved,the first pass rate of the appearance of finished tires was improved,and the production cost was reduced.
