摘　　要：目的建立流动注射化学发光法测定血浆头孢哌酮的新方法。方法在碱性介质中,头孢哌酮对铁氰化钾与鲁米诺化学发光体系有明显的增敏作用,据此建立了一种测定头孢哌酮的流动注射化学发光新方法,并对分析条件进行优化。通过方法学评价及对血浆头孢哌酮的测定,评估建立方法的性能。结果在确定的最佳实验条件下,该分析体系的相对化学发光强度的变化与头孢哌酮的浓度在0.2×10^(-5)~5.2×10^(-5) g/mL呈良好的线性关系,检测限为7.1×10^(-7) g/mL。对含3.0×10^(-5) g/mL和4.0×10-5 g/mL头孢哌酮的溶液分别平行测定11次,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.49%和0.51%。结论本方法分析成本低,灵敏度高、分析速度快,可用于血浆中头孢哌酮浓度的测定。Objective To establish a new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of Cefoperazone in plasma.Methods Based on that Cefoperazone could enhance the chemiluminescence intensity of potassium ferricyanide-luminol reaction system in alkaline condition,a new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of Cefoperazone was developed,and the conditions of the analysis system were optimized.The performances of established method were determined by methodological evaluation and plasma Cefoperazone concentration assay.Results Under the optimal conditions,the change of the relative chemiluminescence intensity of the analysis system had a good correlation with the concentration of Cefoperazone in the range of 0.2×10^(-5)-5.2×10^(-5) g/mL,and the lower limit of detection was 7.1×10^(-7) g/mL.The relative standard deviation were 2.49%and 0.5%for the determination of 3.0×10^(-5) g/mL and 4.0×10-5 g/mL Cefoperazone(n=11).Conclusion The established method has the the low cost,high sensitivity,the quick speed of analysis.It could be applied to determine the concentration of Cefoperazone in plasma samples.
