摘 要:大型接地网工频测量仪器主要用于测量接地网的工频特性参数。目前,大型接地网测量仪器的产品标准和检测技术规程严重滞后于仪器新技术的发展,未能有效开展定量评估大型接地网测量仪器的抗干扰能力工作,使得部分仪器在现场测试误差较大,间接影响了接地网的安全评估。通过分析测量现场工况,同时考虑不同测试仪的原理及组成结构的差异,基于黑盒原理,提出一种在试验室条件下,定量评估接地电阻、分流向量、地表电位差等参数的干扰抑制能力检测方法。对不同厂家测量仪器的干扰抑制能力进行了试验室检测,用干扰抑制倍数或其分贝数直观描述了不同测量仪器的实际抗干扰能力,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。The large grounding grid power frequency measuring instrument is mainly used to measure the power frequency characteristic parameters of the grounding grid.Currently,the product standards and lab test technical regulations for large-scale grounding grid measuring instruments are seriously behind the development of the instrument.It is unable to effectively and quantitatively evaluate the anti-interference capability of the instrument.This leads to significant errors in field measurements,which indirectly affect the safety evaluation of the grounding grids.The field measurement conditions as well as the different measuring principles and forms of testers,are considered in this article.Relevant test models and schemes based on the black-box testing method are proposed under lab conditions to quantitatively evaluate the interference suppression capability of different parameters,such as ground resistance,shunt vector,and surface potential difference.The interference suppression capabilities of instruments from different manufacturers are tested with the actual anti-interference capabilities of the instrument described intuitively by interference suppression times or its decibels.The lab results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods.
