摘　　要：针对工业过程自动化技术和工业自动化仪表专业学生多、实训设备有限的现状,对Honeywell Experion PlantCrusie分布式控制系统(DCS)的过程控制试验系统进行了研究。结合CS2000过程控制试验装置的结构组成及Experion PlantCrusie DCS特点,在分析系统的结构组成、配置规模、网络配置的基础上,实现了系统软硬件组态。将Experion PlantCrusie DCS和实训室已有的CS2000试验装置搭建成一套集过程检测与控制于一体多功能的实训平台。实施结果表明,相关专业的学生在Experion PlantCrusie DCS与CS2000构成的过程控制系统平台上,较好地实现了过程控制装置的开车、投运、参数整定及停车的实操练习。该研究为学生搭建了一座理论与实践相沟通的桥梁,在一定程度上缓解了DCS实训教学的压力。Aiming at the current situation of industrial process automation technology and industrial automation instrumentation major with many students and limited training equipment,the process control experiment system of Honeywell Experion PlantCrusie distributed control system(DCS)was studied.Combined with the structural composition of the process control experimental device of CS2000 and the characteristics of Experion PlantCrusie DCS,the configuration of the system’s software and hardware was realized on the basis of the analysis of the system’s structure composition,configuration scale and network configuration.The Experion PlantCrusie DCS and the existing equipment of the training room,CS2000 experimental device,were built into a set of multi-functional training platform integrating process detection and control.Implementation results show that the related specialized student in Experion PlantCrusie DCS with process control system composed of CS2000 platforms,better realize the drive,and realizes the process control device is put into operation,parameter setting and parking field practice.The research build up a communication bridge between theory and practice for students,to a certain extent,alleviate the pressure of DCS training teaching.
