摘  要:为提升苏埃通道工程装备的适应性和施工效率必须采取针对性的方案和措施。基于地勘资料用经验类比法推测了潜在施工问题并在装备设计阶段提出针对性解决方案;在陆域基岩、孤石工况采用预处理与直接掘进相结合的施工方案,使用低速掘进策略且在必要时采取进仓打捞措施;对浅覆软土地层重点调整注浆材料、配合比控制管片上浮、改造冲洗系统抑制泥饼、调整刀具配置提升掘进效率;对破碎机、泥浆管路等高频故障部位进行改造,减少盾构故障停机时间。依靠上述方法及保障措施,盾构通过陆域基岩、孤石段,在浅覆软土地层达到高效掘进(掘进速度可达30mm/min),管片成型质量好、单环管片上浮量有效控制在20mm内。Measures must be taken for the purpose of improving the equipment adaptability and tunneling efficiency in Shantou Su-Ai Pass Project.First,combining with the engineering geology and hydrological characteristics of the project,potential issues are raised and targeted solutions are proposed during design phase.Second,construction plan includes pre-treatment and direct tunneling in land area of bedrock and boulders,use low-speed tunneling strategies and break boulders entering the chamber if necessary.Third,adjust the materials and proportion of grouting to control segment floating,modify scouring system to suppress mud cake and change tool configuration to improve the efficiency of excavation.Finally,the high-frequency fault areas such as crushers and slurry pipelines are modified to reduce the downtime of shield failures.Relying on the above methods and safeguards,the shield pass through the bedrock and boulder area.In the shallow soft layers area,shield can achieve expected performance(tunneling speed up to 30 mm/min),segment forming quality is good(single-ring segment floating volume effectively controlled within 20 mm).
