摘  要:研究了应用于H级交流高压电机上的高导热绝缘结构,对该绝缘结构的线圈试样进行了匝间冲击、对地耐压、介质损耗因数、击穿电压、电压耐久性(电老化)、热评定和分级(热老化)等试验,并对几种高导热少胶粉云母带的导热系数进行了检测和分析。结果表明:高导热少胶粉云母带能够提高电机整体绝缘结构的导热系数,从而有效降低温升。同时该结构还具有良好的电气性能,温度指数达181℃,满足H级电机对绝缘的要求。The high thermal conductive insulation structure applied in H-class AC high voltage motor was studied.The coil samples with the insulation structure were conducted turn-to-turn impulse,withstand voltage to ground,dielectric loss factor,breakdown voltage,voltage durability(electrical ageing),thermal evaluation and classification(thermal ageing)experiments,and the thermal conductivity of several dry mica tapes were tested and analysed.The results show that the application of dry mica tape with high thermal conductivity could improve the thermal conductivity of insulation structure for motor,and the temperature rise reduces effectively.The insulation structure also show good electrical performance,and the temperature index reaches 181℃,which can meet the requirements of the insulation structure for H-class motor.
