新冠肺炎疫情期间对发热门诊留观病人实施心理干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预在发热门诊留观病人中的应用效果。方法选取我院于2020年2月—2020年3月期间发热门诊留观的110例病人,按照其留观顺序采用单双号数字随机分为研究组和对照组,两组病人数量均为55例,对照组采取常规护理措施和健康教育;研究组采取常规护理措施同时加强心理干预,对比干预前后两组的焦虑自评量表得分(Self—ration Anxiety Scale,SAS)和护理工作满意度问卷得分。结果两组的基本资料差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预前两组的焦虑自评量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组焦虑自评量表得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组护理满意度问卷得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对发热门诊留观病人实施心理干预可缓解发热门诊留观病人焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of mental intervention in patients observation in fever clinic.Methods A total of 110 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group in a hospital by single double digit method during February to March 2020.The number of patients in both groups was 55,groups with routine care interventions and health education were grouped into control groups,the study group adopted routine nursing measures while strengthening mental intervention,the scores of Self—Ration Anxiety Scale between two groups was compared before and after intervention,and we compared the two groups of nuring satisfaction Results There was no significant difference in basic data between the two groups(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in the scores ofSelf—Ration Anxiety Scale between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The scores ofSelf—Ration Anxiety Scale in study group after intervention were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction score of study group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Applying mental intervention to patients observation in fever clinic can improve nursing satisfaction and reducing the occurrence of anxiety,worthy of clinical application.
