摘　　要：目的深入了解我院呼吸与危重症医学科护士面对国务院发函援鄂应对新型冠状病毒肺炎组派任务时的心理体验,为日后护理人员紧急出征突发公共事件提供心理疏导依据。方法本文用目的抽样方法,选择14名我科护士为观察对象,采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对其面对援鄂支援任务时心理体验进行深入性半结构微信访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果我科援鄂护士心理体验可归纳为三个主题:主题一为报名或者没报名参加援鄂医疗队组建的原因是什么?主题二为报名成功后待名单公布时知道被选中或者没被选中时的心理体验有哪些?主题三为再次面对紧急出征公共卫生事件支援任务时是否还会报名?结论护理人员在面对抗疫一线的工作中不断加深自己对这份职业的认知以及对生命的思考,并应给予一定的心理干预及人文关怀。同时也让更多的人了解护士的内心,为后续的支援工作提供有力的支持。Objective To understand the psychological experience of nurses in the department of respiratory and critical care in our hospital when the state council sent a letter to help hubei province cope with the task of new coronavirus pneumonia,so as to provide the basis for nurses to go out for emergency public events.Methods 14 nurses of our department were selected as the observation objects by the method of objective sampling.The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used to conduct in-depth semi-structured micro letter interview on their psychological experience in the face of hubei province support task.Resltus The psychological experience of nurses in our department can be summarized into three themes:theme one:what is the reason for signing up or not signing up to join the medical team?Theme two:what are the psychological experiences of being selected or not selected when the list is announced after successful registration?Theme 3:will you sign up for a public health emergency support mission again?Conclusion Nursing staff should deepen their cognition of this profession and their thinking on life in the face of anti-epidemic work,and should give some psychological intervention and humanistic care.At the same time,let more people know the nurse's heart,for the follow-up support work to provide strong support.
