摘 要:液压支架作为综合机械化采煤工艺中重要的顶板支撑设备,其工作特征与顶板的适应性对控制采煤工作面矿山压力举足轻重。以华昱公司五家沟煤业5302综放工作面为例,针对两柱掩护式液压支架结构合理性、支架特征与顶底板适应性进行分析,应用关键层理论分析确定了工作面初次来压最大强度为0.97MPa,正常回采期间周期来压强度为0.78MPa。建立支架在工作面控顶效果模型,并进行数值模拟分析研究,最终确定ZFY12000/23/34型液压支架能够满足工作面安全生产要求。As the most important roof support equipment in the comprehensive mechanized coal mining process,its working characteristics and the adaptability of the roof play an important role in controlling the pressure of the coal face.It was took Huayu Company Wujiagou Coal Industry 5302 fully-mechanized working face as an example,the rationality of the two-pillar shielded hydraulic support structure,support characteristics and the adaptability of the roof and floor were analyzed,and the critical layer theory analysis was applied to determine the initial pressure,the maximum strength was 0.97 MPa,and the cyclic compressive strength during normal recovery was 0.78 MPa.Established the support roof control effect model in the working face to carried out numerical simulation analysis,and finally determined that the ZFY12000/23/34 hydraulic support could meet the safety management requirements of the working face.
