摘 要:根据兖矿集团鲍店煤矿井下综掘工作面煤层特点、水质条件以及现有除尘装备系统进行分析和调研,结合粉尘运移规律和产尘机理,设计了以PLC为控制核心、以干式除尘器为装备核心的成套化除尘方案,形成对综掘工作面的全面覆盖以及智能自洁除尘配合,降尘效率达到99%以上,对降低现场粉尘浓度、保证职工职业健康、实现安全生产具有重大意义。According to the analysis and investigation of coal seam characteristics,water quality conditions and the existing dust removal equipment system of the fully-mechanized driving face in Baodian Coal Mine of Yankuang Group,combined with the dust movement law and dust generation mechanism,A complete set of dust removal scheme was designed with PLC as the control core and dry dust collector as the equipment core,and has formed a comprehensive coverage of the fully-mechanized mining face and intelligent self-cleaning dust removal cooperation,so that the dust reduction efficiency can reach more than 99%,which is of great importance to reducing the dust concentration on site,ensuring the occupational health of employees,and achieving safe production.significance.
