摘　　要：了解并掌握大学生的心理健康现状及趋势,可科学有效地促进高校大学生心理健康教育的深化与完善。通过对浙江省某高校2014—2019级本科新生的大学生人格问卷(UPI)调查分析,发现本科新生的心理健康问题日趋严重,重点关注人数、自杀意念检出人数,均随年代发展不断攀升;从人口学变量(性别、独生、生源地)到家庭背景(家庭经济、家庭结构、家庭氛围、寄养经历),每一个指标的检出人数都呈上涨状态。因此,高校心理健康教育工作应从新生入手,加强顶层设计,发掘学生原生家庭系统的预测作用,推进“强体工程”的促进作用,重点关注女大学生、农村学生、非独生学生等群体的心理状况,完善高校心理健康教育体系。Understanding and grasping the status and trends of college students'mental health can scientifically and effectively promote the deepening and perfection of college students'mental health education.Through the investigation and analysis of the university personality questionnaire(UPI)for freshmen undergraduates from 2014 to 2019 in a university in Zhejiang province,it is found that the mental health problems of freshmen undergraduates are becoming more and more serious,with the number of students who call for special attention and care and those who have been detected suicide ideation continuously increasing.From demographic variables(gender,singleton,place of origin)to family background(family economy,family structure,family atmosphere,foster experience),the number of students checked by each indicator is rising.Therefore,the mental health education in colleges and universities should start from freshmen to strengthen the top-level design,explore the predictive role of the students'original family system,and strengthen the role of the“strong body education project”,with a special focus on the psychological condition of female college students,rural students and non-only students etc to perfect this mental health education system.
