摘 要:某公司2000 t/a湿法制硫酸装置外排污染物面临超标,主要原因是尾气中SO_(2)含量过高。该装置尾气碱洗系统中存在的一些问题,如喷淋吸收碱液不能全覆盖进入塔内的尾气,洗涤后尾气带液严重、自控程度低等,是造成外排尾气中SO2含量偏高的主要因素。采取了改进碱吸收塔碱洗填料层结构、新增水洗填料层、优化与塔配套的工艺流程等技术措施,同时提升了系统的自动控制水平。改造后外排尾气中SO_(2)浓度由160~350 mg/m^(3)降低至10~20 mg/m^(3),优于GB 31571-2015中特别排放限值小于100 mg/m^(3)的指标,满足湖南省生态环境厅发布的新要求。The pollutants discharged from the 2000 t/y wet sulphuric acid plant exceeded the standard limit,mainly due to the high content of SO2 in the tail gas.Some problems existed in the alkali washing system of the tail gas,such as the spray absorption of alkali liquid failing to fully cover the tail gas into the tower,the serious entrainment of liquid in the tail gas after alkali washing,and the low degree of automation control,which were also the main factors that caused the high content of SO_(2 )in the tail gas.In order to optimize the operation,the technical measures such as improving the structure of alkali washing packing layer,adding water washing packing layer,optimizing the process matching with the tower are taken to solve the above problems,with the automation control also improved.The results show that the SO_(2 )concentration in the tail gas has reduced from 160-350 mg/m^(3 )to 10-20 mg/m^(3),which is better than the special emission limit required by state standard of GB 31571-2015(less than 100 mg/m^(3)),and can meet the new requirements issued by Hunan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment.
