摘  要:针对国内某炼化一体化项目炼厂干气含有催化裂化装置产富含氢气和乙烯的不饱和干气、延迟焦化装置/连续重整装置/PX联合装置产富含氢气和乙烷的饱和干气的特性,从工艺原理、生产流程、操作可靠性、产品质量、综合能耗和投资费用等方面对三类炼厂干气回收技术进行比较。重点介绍了浅冷油吸收-膜分离技术在炼化一体化项目炼厂干气回收中的实际应用效果,该干气回收装置自2020年1月投产以来,装置运行平稳,处理能力、产品质量、目标产品回收率均达到设计要求。并分析了生产运行中出现的问题,提出了处理措施。In a refining and chemical integration project,the refinery dry gas contains unsaturated dry gas with high concentration of hydrogen and ethylene from FCC unit and saturated dry gas with high-concentration hydrogen and ethane from the combined delayed coking unit/CCR/PX unit.According to the different characteristics of the dry gas,three kinds of refinery dry gas recovery technology were compared in terms of process principles,production process,operation reliability,product quality,comprehensive energy consumption and investment costs.The article focused on the practical application of using Cold Oil Absorption-Membrane Separation technology in the refining and chemical integration project to recover the dry gas in the refinery.The dry gas recovery unit has been in smooth operation since January 2020,and the capacity,product quality and target product recovery rate all have met the design requirements.The problems happened in the operation were analyzed and relative solutions were provided.
