摘  要:针对某炼厂扩能改造后污水处理系统运行存在的抗冲击能力差,污水处理设施检维修困难,外排达标水指标呈现逐年上升等问题,结合新建项目配套改造需要,提出采用“竖流圆形隔油池+气旋浮除油设施+微氧循环流生物处理系统+高效生物反应器”集成工艺。相关工艺技术已在国内炼化企业成功应用,且取得了较好的经济效益和环境效益。全流程具有流程短、占地少、处理效率高、能耗低等优势。集成工艺实施后可有效解决现有污水处理场异味散发、处理效率低、抗冲击能力差的问题,提升企业环保运行水平。对中国石化炼化企业实施样板水场建设和提标改造具有指导意义。In view of the problems existing in the operation of the sewage treatment system after the capacity expansion in a refinery,such as poor anti-shock capability,difficulties in the maintenance of the sewage treatment facilities,an integrated process of"vertical flow circular oil separator+cyclone floating oil removal facility+efficient biological integration system+advanced biological reactor"is proposed in this paper to meet the increasingly stringent standard on water discharge.The related process has been applied well in domestic refining and chemical enterprises,achieving good economic and environmental benefits.The whole process has the advantages of short process,less land occupation,high processing efficiency and low energy consumption.The integrated process can effectively solve the problems of odor emission,low treatment efficiency and poor impact resistance in the existing wastewater treatment plant,and improve the environmental protection performance.All these can provide guidance for the construction of model water plant and the upgrading of water plant in Sinopec refineries.
