摘  要:南海西部某陆岸终端通过外转塔式单点原油外输,利用提油轮提油。外输后,用淡水进行外输管线置换。下次提油作业前,通过双管原油循环方式完成外输管道原油置换,防止大量淡水进入提油轮,并确保原油销售计量准确。此工艺消耗大量淡水,增加生产水处理负担。通过实施轻油代替淡水置换外输管线的工艺优化,节约淡水资源5.92万m^(3)/a,减少提油船舶靠泊时间304 h/a,提高了提油效率。An onshore oil terminal in the west of the South China Sea exported crude oil through outer turret type single-point mooring by oil-pumping on the tanker.After the operation,the crude oil in the pipeline was replaced with fresh water.Before the next oil-pumping operation,the crude oil replacement in the export pipeline was completed with double-pipe crude oil circulation,so as to prevent a large amount of fresh water from entering the tanker and ensure the accurate measurement of crude oil sales.However,this operation consumed a large amount of fresh water and increased the burden of water production and treatment.Through the optimization of replacing fresh water with light oil,the fresh water was saved by 59,200 m^(3)/year,the berthing time of the oil tanker was reduced by 304 h/year,and the oil-pumping efficiency was improved.
