摘 要:轻烃蒸汽转化+PSA净化工艺制氢是目前炼油厂氢气的主要来源。PSA尾气中CO_(2)体积分数为48.56%。羟乙基乙二胺(AEEA)具有较强的碱性,对CO_(2)有很好的捕集性,经AEEA吸收后的PSA尾气中CO_(2)体积分数为0.05%,CO_(2)捕集率高达99.90%,年减少CO_(2)排放量6.51万t。捕集CO_(2)后的PSA尾气继续进制氢转化炉燃烧,可以提高转化炉热效率0.9%。与焦炉气相比,该尾气是优质制氢原料,建议进制氢原料缓冲罐作制氢原料,可节约外购天然气成本约2446万元/年。At present,hydrogen production from light hydrocarbon steam reforming plus PSA purification process is the main hydrogen source in refinery.The PSA tail gas,which contains 48.56%of CO_(2),is sent into the hydrogen reformer for burning.Hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine(AEEA)has strong alkalinity and a good capture ability for CO_(2).After AEEA absorption,the PSA tail gas contains only 0.05%(v)of CO_(2),with capture rate reaching 99.90%,which can reduce CO_(2) emissions by 65,100 tons per year.The PSA tail gas sent into the hydrogen reformer after capturing CO_(2) can increase the its heat efficiency by 0.9%.Compared with coke-oven gas,the tail gas is also a high-quality feedstock for hydrogen production.It is suggested that the tail gas could be used as hydrogen feedstock and sent into the storage buffer tank for hydrogen production to cut the cost of purchased natural gas by about 24.46 million yuan per year.
