云制造环境下指标协同效应的双边匹配方法研究

摘  要:针对云制造环境下制造资源供需双边匹配问题,考虑评估指标之间相互影响关系,提出一种考虑指标协同效应的双边匹配方法。首先根据双边决策主体的完全序值偏好信息求解供需双方各指标权重;然后考虑多个评价指标之间协同效应的影响,利用Choquet积分集结指标将协同关系转化为满意度,以最大化双边主体满意度为目标,建立双边满意匹配优化模型;引入双边匹配竞争度,将多目标规划转化为单目标优化模型,通过求解该模型得到供需双方的交易匹配结果,最后通过案例分析说明该方法的有效性和可行性。In order to solve the problem of bilateral matching between supply and demand of manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing environment,a bilateral matching method considering the synergistic effect of indicators is proposed.Firstly,according to the complete order value preference information of bilateral decision-makers,the weights of each index of the supplier and the demander are calculated;then,considering the influence of the synergy effect between multiple evaluation indexes,the Choquet integral is used to aggregate the index synergy relationship into satisfaction,and the bilateral satisfaction matching optimization model is established with the goal of maximizing the satisfaction of bilateral decision-makers;the bilateral matching competition degree is introduced to optimize the multi-objective planning.Finally,a case study shows the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
