摘 要:随着民法典2021年正式实施,政府管理部门越来越重视房屋维修资金的信息化建设,而数据是信息化建设的基础。为了解决房屋维修资金历史数据与权属系统不关联、小区房屋数据不完善等共性问题,使用PHP、MySQL等技术,设计数据匹配程序将历史数据与权属系统关联,设计房屋唯一性检查程序完善小区房屋数据。以昆山市为例,针对房屋数量达130多万户、房屋维修资金总量达80多亿元的城市的相关数据进行优化,实现了历史数据与权属系统关联,同时优化后的资金总额与会计记账总额差异控制在1000元以内。实践结果证明,该方法能够优化房屋维修资金历史数据,因此适用于中小型城市。With the formal implementation of the civil code in 2021,the government management departments pay more and more attention to the information construction of housing maintenance funds,and data is the basis of information construction.In order to solve the common problems such as the uncorrelation between the historical data of housing maintenance funds and the ownership system,and the imperfection of housing data in residential areas,PHP,MySQL and other technologies are used to design a data matching program to realize the association between historical data and ownership system,and a housing uniqueness inspection program to improve the housing data in the community.Taking Kunshan city as an example,this paper optimizes the data of a city with more than 1.3 million houses and more than 8 billion housing maintenance funds,realizing the correlation between the historical data and the ownership system,and controlling the difference between the optimized total amount of funds and the total accounting amount within 1000 yuan.Practice shows that the method can optimize the historical data of housing maintenance funds,and is suitable for small and mediumsized cities.
