摘　　要：SaaS服务已成为高校教育信息化的重要推动力。为推进基于SaaS模式的高校信息化建设,从客户角度分析SaaS模式与传统SWS模式的区别,对高校在应用SaaS过程中存在的关于成本、安全性和个性化需求等方面疑虑进行解析,并提出相应建议。认为高校为适应Saa模式,应进行相应的信息化变革,主要包括:统筹建设高校一体化在线服务平台,构建线上线下协同的全面育人体系,探索内部业务流程的持续优化改革,建立以服务质量评价为导向的信息化生态等。SaaS service has become an important driving force of education informatization in colleges and universities.In order to promote the informatization construction of colleges and universities based on SaaS mode,this article analyzes the differences between SaaS mode and traditional SWS mode from the perspective of customers,analyzes the doubts about the cost,security and personalized requirements of SaaS application in colleges and universities,and puts forward the resolution suggestions.Finally,it puts forward that colleges and universities should adapt to SaaS to carry out corresponding informatization changes,mainly including:plan integrated online service platform of colleges and universities as a whole;build an online and offline collaborative comprehensive education system;explore the continuous optimization and reform of internal business processes;establish an information ecology guided by service quality evaluation.
