摘  要:目的研究1,6-二磷酸果糖三钠盐对小鼠提高缺氧耐受力功能。方法设低、中、高3个剂量组即83mg/(kg·bw·d)、167mg/(kg·bw·d)、500mg/(kg·bw·d),分别相当于人体推荐摄入量5倍、10倍、30倍,另设0mg/(kg·bw·d)对照组以无菌水代替受试物。受试样品用无菌水配制,低、中、高剂量配制浓度分别为8.3mg/ml、16.7mg/ml、50.0mg/ml,按0.1ml/(10g·bw)灌胃。经口每日1次给予小鼠相应浓度的受试样品,进行常压耐缺氧实验、急性脑缺血性缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验。结果常压耐缺氧实验、急性脑缺血性缺氧实验结果阳性,亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验结果阴性。结论1,6-二磷酸果糖三钠盐具有提高缺氧耐受力功能。Objective To study the effect of D-Fructose 1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt on hypoxia tolerance in mice.Methods The low,medium and high dose groups were set as 83mg/(kg·bw·d),167mg/(kg·bw·d)and 500mg/(kg·bw·d).It was 5 times,10 times and 30 times of the recommended human intake.In addition,0mg/(kg·bw·d)control group was set to replace the tested substance with sterile water.The samples were prepared with sterile water,and the low,medium and high dosage concentrations were 8.3mg/ml,16.7mg/ml and 50.0mg/ml,respectively.The samples were given by gavage at 0.1ml/(10g·bw).The mice were given the corresponding concentration of the sample once a day orally,and the normal pressure hypoxia tolerance test,acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia test,and sodium nitrite poisoning survival test were conducted.Results The results of atmospheric hypoxia tolerance test and acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia test were positive,and the survival test of sodium nitrite poisoning was negative.Conclusion Fructose-trisodium 1,6-diphosphate has the effect of improving hypoxia tolerance.
