四君子汤合丹参饮加味联合体外反搏治疗气虚血瘀型稳定性冠心病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察四君子汤合丹参饮加味联合增强型体外反搏治疗气虚血瘀型稳定性冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取我院心血管内科2018年10月至2020年7月住院和(或)门诊的气虚血瘀型稳定性冠心病患者120例作为研究对象,按数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用四君子汤合丹参饮加味联合增强型体外反搏治疗,两组均连续治疗35天。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分及中医证候疗效、运动平板试验Duke评分、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)积分的变化。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后运动平板试验Duke评分明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后SAQ量表中的躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意程度、疾病认识程度各维度计分均显著升高,其中躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意程度升高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤合丹参饮加味联合体外反搏治疗能进一步改善气虚血瘀型稳定性冠心病患者的中医证候,提高其运动耐量及生活质量。Objective To observe effect of modified Sijunzi Decoction and Danshen Yin and enhanced external counterpulsation on patients with Stable Coronary Artery Disease(SCAD)with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 120 patients with SCAD with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy for SCAD.The treatment group was treated with modified Sijunzi Decoction and Danshen Yin and enhanced external counterpulsation on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 35 days.Scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome,The Duke treadmill scores,scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)were recorded before and after treatment.After treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndrome was compared.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in both were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndrome between the 2 groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Duke treadmill scores in both groups were significantly increased after the treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Physical Limitation,Angina Stability,Angina Frequency,Treatment Satisfaction,Disease Perception of SAQ in both groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of Physical Limitation,Angina Stability,Angina Frequency,Treatment Satisfaction of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Sijunzi Decoction and DanshenYin and external counterpulsation can improve the TCM syndromes,increase the exercise tolerance and the quality of life on pa
