摘　　要：目的探讨应用冠状动脉CT血管成像技术评价鹤童草中药胶囊治疗冠状动脉狭窄的效果。方法收集2018年6月至2020年7月符合纳入条件的门诊患者65例,口服鹤童草中药胶囊12个月,服药前后分别进行冠状动脉CT血管成像检查并对比分析。结果65例研究对象中,非钙化斑块48处,混合斑块98处,钙化斑块56处;斑块引起的冠状动脉狭窄共202处,其中轻度狭窄82处,占40.59%;中度狭窄73处,占36.14%;重度狭窄47处,占23.27%。65例患者202处冠状动脉狭窄:治愈84处,占41.59%(84/202);有效68处,占33.66%(68/202);无效50处,占24.75%(50/202)。结论鹤童草中药胶囊治疗冠状动脉狭窄性冠心病能使硬化斑块缩小或消失,狭窄、闭塞的血管再通,从而减缓动脉粥样硬化进程,改善症状,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hetong Herb capsule on coronary artery stenosis with coronary CT angiography.Methods A total of 65 patients eligible for inclusion from June 2018 to July 2020 were enrolled in this study.Before and after taking Hetong Herb capsule orally for 12 months,coronary CT angiography was performed,and the images were analyzed.Results There were 48 non-calcified plaques,98 mixed plaques and 56 calcified plaques in 65 patients.There were 202 coronary artery stenosis caused by plaque,of which 82 with mild stenosis,accounting for 40.59%,73 with moderate strictures,accounting for 36.14%,and 47 with severe stenosis,accounting for 23.27%.After treatment of 202 coronary artery stenosis in 65 patients,84 of the stirctures disappeared completely,accounting for 41.59%(84/202),68 disappeared partly,accounting for 33.66%(68/202),and 50 strictures without any change,accounting for 24.75%(50/202).Conclusion Hetong Herb capsule has remarkable curative effect on coronary artery disease with stenosis.It can make sclerotic plaque shrink or disappear and recanalize narrow or occluded blood vessels,thereby slow the process of atherosclerosis,relieve symptoms,and improve the quality of life.
