细节管理在老年留置普通硅胶胃管患者鼻饲饮食中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究细节管理减少老年留置普通硅胶胃管患者鼻饲饮食后并发症、减少感染及死亡率的作用。方法选取80例老年留置普通硅胶胃管患者,随机分为对照组40例与干预组40例,对照组患者鼻饲饮食实施常规管理,干预组患者鼻饲饮食实施管理,比较两组干预效果。结果干预组发生胃肠道并发症6例,无堵管现象,肺部感染2例;对照组发生胃肠道并发症38例,堵管10例,肺部感染12例;干预组老年患者发生呕吐、堵管及肺部感染明显降低,P<0.05。结论细节管理有效降低老年患者鼻饲饮食的并发症发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To reduce the incidence of vomiting,reflux,aspiration,asphyxia,diarrhea and other complications after nasal feeding in elderly patients with indwelling ordinary silicone gastric tube,save the lives of patients,and reduce the incidence of infection and mortality.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with indwrenched ordinary silicone gastric tube from June 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and intervention group(40 cases),and effective intervention was conducted for the detailed management of nasogastric feeding in two groups of patients.Results In the intervention group,gastrointestinal complications occurred in 6 cases(15%),no tube blockage,and pulmonary infection in 2 cases(5%).In the control group,gastrointestinal complications occurred in 38 cases(95%),tube blockage in 10 cases(25%),and pulmonary infection in 12 cases(30%).The incidence of vomiting,tube blockage and pulmonary infection in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Detail management can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of nasal feeding in the elderly patients,which was worthy of popularization and application.
