摘　　要：通过对江苏省农产品物流业的发展现状和竞争力进行分析,发现由于其发展方式粗放,面临着各种方面的挑战以及发展要求,制约着江苏省农业向着高效化、现代化发展。本文根据发展中出现的问题,提出了总成本领先战略、差异化战略、加强基础设施建设以及政府扶持保障等对策,从而希望能够提升江苏省农产品物流业的竞争力,并为政府制定相关政策提供一定建议。Based on the analysis of the current situation and competitiveness of the agricultural products logistics industry in Jiangsu Province,it is found that because of its extensive development mode,facing various challenges and development requirements,restricting the agricultural development of Jiangsu Province towards high efficiency and modernization.According to the problems in its development,this paper put forward some countermeasures such as the total cost leading strategy,the differentiation strategy,strengthening infrastructure construction and the government support,so as to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products logistics industry in Jiangsu Province and provides certain suggestion for the government to formulate the related policy.
