摘  要:现有的带材板形呈现手段与描述方式不能全面反映带材的整体型面和局部细节及其变化趋势,制约了生产设备控制系统参数设置的调整和对生产过程的分析。因此,本文提出并设计了一种可视化带材板形实时监控系统,利用板形值与颜色值的对应关系,结合带材在宽度方向上的缺陷分布绘制实时板形云图。实际应用结果表明,本文所设计的系统能够精确绘制出呈现局部区域型面细节及变化趋势的带材板形云图,对于带材精细加工的技术研究具有重要意义。The existing strip shape presentation methods and description methods can not fully reflect the overall profile and local details of the strip and its change trend,which restricts the adjustment of the parameter setting of the production equipment control system and the analysis of the production process.Therefore,this paper proposes and designs a visual real-time monitoring system for strip shape,which uses the corresponding relationship between shape value and color value,combined with the defect distribution in the width direction to draw the real-time shape cloud diagram.The practical application results show that the system designed in this paper can accurately draw the local area profile details and change trend of the strip shape,which is of great significance for the technical research of strip fine processing.
