摘　　要：以水性乳液为成膜物质,添加氧化铁红、改性防锈颜料、无机填料和水性助剂等制成单组分铁红水性预涂底漆,该涂料具有出色的防锈性能和快速干燥特性,满足涂装和焊接要求。One component waterborne iron red precoating primers are developed and applied with one component waterborne emulsion used as film-forming substance,iron oxide red and phosphate used as antirust pigment,filler and waterborne additives.The coatings have excellent anti-rust performance,rapid drying characteristics,meet the requirements of coating and welding,are in line with the standard specifications,are safe and environmentally friendly,have convenient construction,and have cost advantages.These coatings are suitable for rail transit,steel structure,container and other fields.
