摘  要:以825合金为内覆层材料,L415QS(X60)管线钢为基层材料,采用爆炸复合钢板和折弯成型(JCO成型)工艺制造了一根长度12 m的复合管,对其管体和焊缝的内覆层825合金进行了晶间腐蚀、点腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能试验,晶间腐蚀和点腐蚀的试验结果和原材料相当,在模拟酸性油气田工况介质的应力腐蚀试验中评定合格。A 12 m long clad steel pipe was manufactured with 825 alloy as the inner cladding material and L415QS(X60)pipeline steel as the base material by the process of clad steel plate explosion and bending formation(JCO forming).The performance tests of intergranular corrosion,pitting corrosion and stress corrosion of 825 alloy in the inner cladding of pipe body and weld were carried out.The test results of intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion are similar to those of raw materials,and the stress corrosion test was carried out in the medium that simulates the acid oil and gas field,and the results passed the evaluation.
