摘　　要：房地产业是拉动中国经济增长的重要力量,它产业规模大、产业链长,对能源消耗和环境污染有重大影响。在识别房地产泡沫的基础上,从常德市房地产业发展趋势出发,提出了常德市房地产业低碳发展策略。The real estate industry is an important driving force for China's economic growth.With a large scale and long industrial chain,the real estate industry has a significant impact on energy consumption and environmental pollution.Based on the real estate bubble recognition and the development trend of real estate industry in Changde city,this paper put forward the low-carbon development strategy of real estate industry in Changde city.
